Shipping Policy

We do have stock for most products, but some are 3D printed on demand, especially personalised products, which means it can take 1-2 weeks for your items to be dispatched

*If you require it sooner, please get in touch at cairdymakes@gmail.com. Where possible we will do our upmost to fulfil this request, but cannot guarantee it*

All products will be sent via Royal Mail second class.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact details are correct when placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We really proud of the products that we make and we want our customs to be happy with their orders too.

Please contact us at cairdymakes@gmail.com, as soon as possible, if you are not satisfied with any items.

We will accept returns and offer refunds excluding cost of delivery. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure they are sufficiently packaged to prevent damage in transit.
